Avoiding redundancy with source code packages common to multiple projects in VCSs

Abstract: Avoiding redundancy with source code packages common to multiple projects in VCSs

Issue:

Our current project group uses common code in multiple projects. How can we configure JBuilder so that it will not attempt to include the common code when we commit individual projects. We want only one copy of the common source.

Solution:

In each of the other projects that reference the source from the common project, you must uncheck the (common) source package from Team | Commit Browser | File Include Lists | Team Include List.

In the common project, you will leave the source package selected from the Team Include List.
