By submitting an Embarcadero license transfer request, you agree to the following:        
           
  • You understand that this request is an internal transfer within your organization.

  • You acknowledge that your company is the sole owner of the license(s) you are requesting to be transferred.
    •                
  • You agree that you are in compliance with, and shall be bound by all license terms and conditions of the agreement that accompanied the Embarcadero Licenses upon the original purchase.
    •                
  • You acknowledge that this is not a grant of additional licenses.
    •                
  • You hereby acknowledge that this request for re-registration is not due to, or resulting from an acquisition, merger or any other change of ownership.
