Abstract: Is the new InterSolv level 3.0 ODBC driver thread safe
Problem:
The level 2.5 Visigenic ODBC driver is not thread safe
and causes problems with applications that use
threads (ie. cold fusion)
Solution:
Yes. The driver is thread safe.
By default the "Application using threads" check box
should be checked when setting up a DSN. You can
verify this, or change the setting if necessary, by
highlighting the DSN in the ODBC Administrator and
clicking the 'Configure' button.
